TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

Welcome to The Sanctuary SLC. By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Your membership is subject to approval by The Sanctuary SLC management team. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time for violation of club rules or policies.

2. CONDUCT
All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times while on club premises or at club-sponsored events. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY
Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of other members' identities and personal information. Photography and recording are prohibited in designated areas without explicit consent.

4. FEES AND BILLING
Membership dues are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to maintain current payment may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. GUEST POLICY
Members may bring guests in accordance with the club's guest policy. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER
Members participate in club activities at their own risk. The Sanctuary SLC and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

7. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate membership with 30 days written notice. The Sanctuary SLC reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for cause.

8. TEXT MESSAGES
Event and promotional texts. If you check the optional event and promotional text box on the membership application, The Sanctuary SLC may send you recurring automated text messages about upcoming events, schedule changes and club news. Consent is not a condition of membership or purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us through the support chat in the member portal or at +1 (480) 810-4485.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Account texts. Sign-in codes, application updates, receipts and renewal reminders are sent by The Sanctuary SLC under these Terms.
